The room was nice and large. Staff were very nice. Pillows were flat, there was leftover food in the fridge from I assume the people who stayed before us,and there was no hot water coming out of the faucets the next morning.

Our stay was wonderful, we arrived late and the bar was about to close, but the receptionist poured us a drink anyway. It tasted good after a long drive in winter conditions. Our room was clean and the hotel smelled clean. Breakfast was good. And the price was amazing! It probably the least I’ve spent on a hotel room in over 10! Thank you!

The beds are very comfortable. This is a good option for a short stay in Austin. We did not try the food. I felt it could have been a little cleaner but overall it's good. We have stayed twice now and would stay again.

The room and staff were good. Unfortunately the pool was not working, I wasn’t planning on using so okay, they had not received a truck delivery, assuming due to weather, so the only thing available for breakfast was waffles that I don’t like, a very limited amount of muffins that were not fresh, cold cereal for kids they didn’t even have yogurt or boiled eggs to offer which I don’t understand when there are 2 grocery stores very close by that I would think they could get supplies for such situations. The second morning the orange juice was slightly flavored water.

Staff was very friendly! Clean and cozy hotel from the moment you step in the lobby. Room was clean and fresh. I visit Austin often and will stay here again. Only downside was the pool was closed for repairs.

The room was decent with a safe in the room for valuables. They do charge for the use of the safe, $2, which should be part of the cost for the room. There was no pool available and that was only told to us after we checked in, it would of been nice to be informed earlier so that we could of looked for other accommodations. Breakfast ends at 9 am and in my opinion should be to at least 10 since people are on vacation and want to sleep in since check out is 11.
