Get the best of Austin in this perfectly located home in South Austin. Just 10 minutes to South Congress, Downtown, and East Austin means you’re a short ride away from the hustle and bustle of everything Austin has to offer. If you’ve been to Austin and think you’ve seen it all, head 10 minutes in the opposite direction to check out local spots including Armadillo Den, Lustre Pearl - South, and Valentina’s. When you’re done with the scene, enjoy the .25 acre backyard that’s full of live oak trees. Spend time grilling, playing games, or just enjoying the blue jays that love to hang out in the trees.

This is a perfect house for a long term rental, perhaps if your future home isn’t done being built on time or if you’ll be in Austin for work for long periods of time.

The home is owned and hosted by two people who have spent their entire careers working in hospitality, so it has everything you could think of the most enjoyable stay in Austin. We enjoyed staying at this property. I grew up near this area, so I was very familiar with everything there. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard is very nice as well. The hostess was quick to respond to any inquiries. We would stay there again if available.
