Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room (albeit a bit small if you have a fair amount of luggage). Front desk very accommodating - even holding down bags for a us for a few days between stays.

Convenient, nice, not luxury.

A convenient location in the CBD with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the ferry within easy walking distance. The suite was nice. The kitchen was well-equipped. There was a washer-dryer combo in the bathroom. The listing shows this as a 4-star hotel, which doesn't correspond with my experience. There is no lobby, only a check-in desk with seating for 2 people. There is no restaurant on-site, only a separate cafe next door that's open for breakfast and lunch. The workout facility is 2 blocks away.

Great for a long weekend stay as there was room for me and the kids in a separate bedroom. The gym around the corner was excellent and available 24 hours. Location is perfect; we were able to walk to spark arena and to lots of shops and food outlets. Comfy beds and full kitchen facilities too.

No hot showers!

This hotel has a plumbing problem. We were unable to have a decent hot shower for most of our 7 day stay. We had to move rooms to another floor but still only luckwarm showers. Despite twice asking for some compensation for the lack of service and the inconvenience we have have had no response from the manager.

This was such a great location and all the staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful! The construction on the street in front is an eyesore, but it had an easy & well marked area for pick up & drop off.
