This three-level home is bright, spacious, and comfortable, tucked at the end of a paved driveway on a tree-lined piece of property. The main living space is upstairs on the second floor, offering wood floors, generous windows, and an open floor plan that encourages mingling. There's a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room table with space for 10, and a sitting area with a cozy sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV.

The outdoor space includes a lawn, a gas grill, and a firepit for your summer enjoyment, while a second living room awaits on the ground floor for movie nights with your loved ones. Free high-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
