There were grass and weeds in the mulch beds around the property. the front door was gross - sticky and not clean. Some of the towels in our room were quite worn and we could have used a couple more of the smaller ones. The bed was good and the shower great. The body wash was empty and the shampoo dispenser was not fresh. I know the cost for the area was probably correct but not for the condition of the motel.

The room has a huge leak at bath room from 2nd floor. We had to move a room. The manager was not available to adjust the rate before checking out.

Sonesta suites didn’t live up to its past reviews. We had to change rooms twice due to ants all over the bedside table in two different rooms. Then we were told we wouldn’t be able to change rooms anymore. As if we WANTED to switch rooms twice with a toddler! Rooms were not cleaned well at all!
