I’m still stuck on the setup of this room, it was a little odd. Everything was clean, the condition of the room was good but I stayed here with a family member. The bathroom is placed directly in the middle of the room, there isn’t an actual door and the door is not opaque. If you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you’ll wake up everyone since the door lets though all the light. A bathroom door, placed directly between beds, in the middle of the room, thats a barn door just seems like really bad planning or it wasn’t thought through.

I was planning to attend Braves Fest in Atlanta with my son and another coach and his som from their youth baseball team. The weather, as everyone was aware, caused travel issues and we were not able to make it. On top of that, Braves Fest was canceled due to the weather, however we were not able to cancel our reservation for a refund. I’m sure SpringHill Suites is a wonderful place, but not allowing someone to cancel a hotel room is ridiculous. If you rent a home or a vacation property, I understand, but a hotel? That’s absurd. Maybe that is Hotels.com policy, an if that’s the case, I won’t be using their site to book future trips.
