The room was quite comfortable and easy to get to by use of elevator or through the garden. The garden was pretty cool and gave you acess to the pool, restaurants, etc. I only have one complaint and that was the body wash and conditioner bottles were empty in the shower. Otherwise a great stay.

I stayed at this hotel this week and descriptions that says rooms have refrigerator microwave. Also an airport show from into the airport. None that was available. I called for shuttle There is no shuttle. I had a two year-old with me. I had to order an Uber with a booster seat. Wait an hour and a half at the airport for someone available to pick me up then I get to the hotel is very dated The pool area was falling apart. The staff was great very helpful, but it is very old dirty and unsafe for small children if you’re looking for a cheap hotel just to stay in downtown I would recommend it but if you’re going with family, I will not stay at this place again.

This was an unusual stay. When i made the reservation valet parking was an option at $50/night. Before i arrive i received an email stating the $50 would be added to my stay. Optional? No! There is no public parking only valet & it wass $55 when i git there. Outrageous! Continental breakfast was $15, full buffet was 21, but they automaticly added a gratuity to that. It is an old buikding & had a little musty smell to it! Our room was basic & TV didnt work to begin with. No laundry bag, 1 trash can in bathroom & then no liner. They are proud of the fact that they give you 2 complimentary bottles of water & a $10 voucher towards on property concessions. But you paid $27 destinatin fee for that. Room door bottom 5" were delaminating. Needless to say i wasnt very pleased.

Location was not the best. The valet had cars backed up down the street. No self parking. Valet is 55 a night. Did not receive my deposit back. Old elevator and only 1 working elevator. Rooms very small for the price. Charged a resort fee and it's not a resort. Staff not friendly were very rushed during check in process. Restaurant not open in the morning. Concessions extremely overpriced. On the floor it smelled good but extremely outdated. I stayed for the convience of the price on Expedia but did not receive my deposit back. I would give it a 5/10

I was celebrating my partner’s birthday and chose this hotel because it had the availability I needed and the price was right. Upon arrival, valet parking was full, and the only other option was to park across the street and carry my luggage down a hill to the hotel. I called the hotel for assistance because the parking deck was a bit confusing, but the front desk representative was very unhelpful. When I expressed my frustration and mentioned that this was a really poor customer experience, her response was basically, “OK.” Eventually, I made it to the hotel, but the front desk staff was not welcoming at all. The hotel was extremely noisy, the room was just okay, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. There was also no room service until the third day of my stay. That weekend was extremely busy with family reunions and parties, so if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

They were hosting a big event and that wasn't the issue. The issue was that the staff put is in a room near where they were having a block of the party. We couldn't sleep a wink. I am not mad at the people for celebrating. I just don't understand why a hotel of this caliber wouldn't make a better choice of putting far away from them. I called the front office more than 10x, no one answered. I let them know and all they said was well you could have come down. Yes, I could have but I am tired it's 12am. You should answer the phone!!! Poor emotional intelligence and planning on their part.

To my surprise & shock there was a party on my floor that stretched across multiple rooms. 402, 403, 404, 405, & 406 to the extent that someone placed a large trash can bin outside of the door. At least they intended to throw away the garbage from the party. It’s now 11pm, Monday night, and the party is still going strong. I came into town on business for a meeting on Tuesday. On top of the party, my hotel wash cloth contained long course black hair and blood stains, I just couldn’t breathe when I saw it! The others appeared clean, I was afraid to use anything. I would not stay here again. Don’t recommend it to anyone.
