The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was super kind and helpful. Housekeeping was thorough and very nice. The bar staff at Fandangles was cold and rude. We actually left instead of ordering there. Too many good places in the area to waste time and money on unfriendly staff and bad service. Everything else in the hotel was delightful. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel cleaning staff and restaurant staff were amazing, the staff at the check-in desk were a bit unhelpful and slow moving which was really surprising. The rooms are "ok", and the hotel is a bit of a maze, but overall had a great experience.

the place looks very nice from the outside to the lobby, but the rooms needs improvement. for the price it doesnt justify having a sink that clogs up, the bathroom door latch was missing, no fan in the bathroom, and internet being slow.

Expedia ISSUE: Nothing to do with Courtland. Staff was great! Expedia market at this hotel is having chargers for electric vehicles. When I arrived late at night, I was informed that they did not. Hotel graciously gave me complementary parking because of Expedia’s mistake!

Everything was good. I just feel like 4pm is way too late of a checkout. Also I booked my room earlier and when someone who booked their room well after me was able to check in earlier due to an available room. I feel like that wasn't fair at all and I should've been able to receive notice that a room was available being that I booked way before them.

The stay was fantastic! My only issue was when I initially booked the room, the page said parking was included, but when I arrived there was a fee and valet parking only. Had to drive up a few blocks to find cheaper parking and haul my luggage.

The staff was amazing. When we first arrived, Kissy at the front desk adjusted our room location and was super friendly. Kayla in the food court went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's dietary needs and she did it with an eager smile. The room was comfortable and clean. The building is older but they are working hard to restore it. I used the fitness center twice while there and the pool once. I would return.

The value is low compared to what you pay (a lot of it being hidden fees or not disclosed until arrival). AC problems throughout the week in the guest rooms with our group; issues at the restaurant (except for Natasha, who is Great). On my first night, a Monday, I waited at the restaurants bar for a basic Burger/Fries for an exact hour before leaving without ever receiving the food--excuse given to me was 'lack of staffing'. I noticed other tables ahead of me also hadn't been served. We returned to the restaurant the remaining days to see if they could redeem, and other than Natasha, the restaurant needs coordination. @ $24++ for a Burger, $48++ for a mediocre steak, the value is not there; Lower your rates all around if you are not going to staff the joint.

I stayed 2 days and for 1 day the sink wouldn’t drain and the safe wouldn’t open. Not to mention they tryed to make me take 2 queens instead of the king I reserved because they wanted to save it for someone else, who obviously was more important then me in their eyes but I refused and they made it seem like I was being difficult
