It was ok. The area has a lot of homeless people. Parking was horrible. Housekeeping didn't do anything the 3 days we were there. Other than that it was literally ok. Was in town for a concert. Would choose a different hotel next time.

room was clean and nice! staff while staying was very kind, as were the cleaning staff, but the receptionist after my stay was rather rude and cursed at me over the phone while i was asking questions about the incidental fee and why it hadn’t cleared. security was nice and the hotel was quiet. would be a 5 star if i hadn’t dealt with the rude receptionist.

Staff was very nice and rooms were clean.The bathroom was very small, but clean.The breakfast was just okay,but served its purpose for a one night stay. Overall my stay was pleasant, parking could be improved.

Kind of isolated from restaurants but easy walk to World of Coca Cola, Mercedes Benz Stadium and Olympic Park. If you decide to stay here, good food to be found at The Bakery. No McDonald’s etc.

Tub was clogged so running the shower for just a few minutes water backed up into the tub up to the ankles or more. AC was either blowing hard or not at all. Under sheets had small blood stains so ended up sleeping on the top sheets

One Night Stay

I booked a king bed in advance, but I was told at check-in that none were available. The air conditioner in the room worked fine, but it ran so loudly when it turned on that it woke me up throughout the night. The only other frustration was the tiny self-parking lot which was difficult to get in and out of based on lack of space to maneuver the vehicle. It was a good enough location at a decent price for event spaces like Mercedes Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena.

The staff was very nice and the lobby was very clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is located in an area that has lots of options for food by foot and the Marta stations are located near by if you wanted easy transportation to other places.
