Great amenities, great hotel. Please people for those of you who will book through EXPEDIA and are just regular guest DO NOT purchase the “RESORT CREDIT”, the hotel will not honor it as it is for their high tier members only, the hotel personnel made me do the runaround about this with Expedia and they still didn’t honor it (FYI). This was my only disappointment with them, hotel is great!!

This is fantastic property. It is set back and not in a congested area but a short drive from shopping and driving. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great stay. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. My only constructive feedback are the following : shower faucet is set up backwards, hot is to the right and cold is to the left, glad I checked before hopping in! When initially turning on the ac/heater it made some rattling noises, that did go away after a few minutes luckily.

Serenity? Nah.

The property itself was amazing with wonderful amenities. I booked an executive room and enjoyed the lounge and perks. However, the room itself was an issue. The bed was rock hard, the floor would have been more comfortable. The sheets were extremely rough and scratchy. one pillow matched the energy of the bed while the other felt like it was stuffed with tissue paper. I’m not sure who Hilton had in mind when developing the Serenity products. All that I could have tolerated, however, the room was extremely hot no matter how much I tried to adjust the thermostat. I was lucky to get 3 hours of sleep.
