Arrived during a much needed facelift. Not the best experience. It would have been nice to know the situation at time of reservation.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful upon arrival, during our stay, and at checkout. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Everything was in working order. The water pressure in the shower was good. Breakfast was very good. There were several options to choose from each morning. The kitchen staff was friendly and asked if we needed anything. I felt the area was safe and the parking lot was well lit. There are several very good restaurants close by. We will stay here again in a couple of months when our travels take us back to the Roswell/Alpharetta area.

At this point I do not a a receipt for my stay at the hotel, the say the receipt should be coming from travelocity... never have had a hotel not give me a receipt for my stay.

Nice hotel located in a nice safe neighborhood. What i didnt like was the location of our room. Room 126 is located right next to the laundry room which was noisy with staffers talking and laughing while I was trying to sleep.
