We stayed at 35 Athol Rd during Christmas week. A fantastic house. Very spacious, yet comfortable and cozy. Incredibly well appointed. If you need something, you will find it in the house. Great location, secluded in the woods of the southern tier of the Adirondack Mountains. Yet, easy access to shopping stores. Yes, we enjoyed a white Christmas! And this house has easy access to outdoor winter activities!Cheers, Jack & Debbie

Lake George Area Getaway

Property was exactly as listed. We had everything we needed. The coffee bar was a lovely touch. Our first morning I watched two deer frolic at the edge of the woods while my coffee was brewing. Restaurants were within a reasonable driving distance. I would love to stay again in the future.

Incredible spot for an engagement trip

The place was beautiful, super clean, and incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed use of the fire pit, and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our trip. It was the perfect place to go back to for a celebration after we got engaged on Prospect Mountain. Thanks so much for an incredible stay, we'll definitely be back!

A Great Adventure to Lake George

Everything was exactly as specified on the listing. The house was bigger than we thought. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The coffee station bar was just an extra that was definitely noticed and appreciated. We set up campfires each night and the yard was secluded with a great fire pit. This location is easy access to Lake George as well as the surrounding towns. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you Bryce!

Property was clean and nicely maintained. The bedroom ceiling fan couldn’t stay on unless the overhead light was on? The draw string or pull chain appeared to be non existent. Not a big issue at all but maybe fix it or give better directions on how to use it? Usually a remote is with it if the pull chain is not visible.
