Pros:
The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. There is good storage and good cleanliness of bedrooms.
Cons:
The building and street are noisy. The flat has no sound dampening at all, both in the living areas and the bedrooms. This means you can hear conversations, footsteps, and noise from the hallway, next door neighbours, and the street. The noise woke us up several times throughout the night.
The kitchen is adequate, although there are ants on the floor. You can smell cooking odours from neighbouring apartments.
The washroom is small but clean. However, the hot water only remains hot for about 3 minutes at a time before turning cold.
