Cedar Creek Cabin: Hot Tub And Views: Close To Asheville And The River

Cedar creek cabin is a cabin walking distance to the cute town of Marshall, NC. The cabin is fully furnished with all the amenities for a worry-free, comfortable, vacation. Twenty minutes from Asheville, NC, it is an easy day trip to this eclectic, diverse town and the Biltmore Estate. If relaxation is what you want, indulge in the hot tub nestled in the trees, sit by the fireplace, or curl up on the front porch while listening to the sound of the French Broad River. The cabin has easy access to outdoor adventures. Tubing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, road biking, fishing, Hot Springs mineral tubs, and white water rafting are minutes away. Coffee shops, galleries and restaurants in the quaint, artsy, mountain town of Marshall, are an easy walk from the cabin.
The cabin is not fancy or splashy--but is super-cozy.

The living areas are small and sweet. The third bonus bedroom is connected to the second bedroom by an open doorway (although you cannot see one room from the other). It is perfect for children or very close families. Please be advised that the cabin is in the woods! We try to keep it as critter-free as possible, but occasionally bugs get in! Please note: THE CABIN DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. There are window units upstairs and downstairs that do a good job. It does get hot in the mountains sometimes.

The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. I live in the area, and will assist you in any way possible during your visit.

We welcome dogs with prior approval. Thank you!

private and relaxing!
we loveddd our stay at this cabin, it was as advertised no frills but the bed was clean and comfortable and there were fresh towels for us, we so enjoyed having coffee in front of the fireplace in the morning and hanging out in the hot tub in the evening, we would definitely come back to stay again, very walkable to downtown which was great!

Good place with some minor flaws
This was a charming rustic cabin, not the newest or fanciest, but it worked for us. There are a lot of steps/stairs and places where you could bang your head. The deck to the hot tub had places where you had to be careful where you stepped. We did enjoy the hot tub. To access laundry, you have to go outdoors. The road is more of a one lane alley and there are 2 nearby houses. It was nice to be able to walk to downtown Marshall. This is a good place to be used as a base for outdoor adventures.

Peaceful Hideaway
We have stayed here twice now. We absolutely love this cabin ...it is so very precious. It is an older home but so comfortable and welcoming. Located on a private street in charming Marshall NC ....you can walk to anything in town ....shopping, food, entertainment, etc... The locals are wonderful, kind and knowledgeable about their town, happily giving tips to visitors about places to sight-see, shop, hike, etc.... Cannot say enough good about this place! If you are looking for a place to get away from all the hub-bub and relax, enjoy the peace and quiet, then this is the place for you! We will be back again!

Charming cabin in the midst of a quaint mountain town.
Marshall is the cutest mountain town. My family (two adults and one baby) stayed during the first chilly weekend of the year and the hot tub and fireplace were perfect. The drive to Asheville was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend for a small family, I think it could get crowded with a large family or more than four adults.

Amazing little mountain retreat!!!!
such a charming little mountain house. we loved everything about it.... super cozy, private and beautiful property. We made good use of the hot tub! Love the almost "treehouse" like feel of its location! Felt like a kid again, playing in the little stream and walking around such a great little town. Cant wait to come back!!
