Surrounded by a large garden and totally immersed in the green countryside of the National Park of Cilento it offers the possibility of a comfortable and relaxing. The accommodation provided, about 100 square meters, has a large living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, shower room and balcony that surrounds the apartment. You can enjoy the garden which houses a grape arbor, with chairs, tables, chairs and barbecue, making it the ideal place for relaxation and leisure. "La Quercia Blu" is completely fenced, has parking and is also offered the opportunity to use of the bikes provided by the owner. Vacanza ad Ascea
Casa bellissima, immersa nella tranquillità della campagna, unica pecca dover per forza utilizzare l'auto per muoversi, ma bastano proprio 10 minuti per raggiungere le spiaggie più belle.
I proprietari, che hanno soggiornato in loco, al piano superiore, sono stati gentilissimi, premurosi e grazie ai loro consigli abbiamo conosciuto posti davvero incantevoli.

Sehr schöne Wohnung zwischen Zitronenbäumen und Pinien
Das Haus liegt sehr schön etwa drei Kilometer vom Meer und vom Ort entfernt in einem schönen Tal zwischen Zitronenbäumen, Olivenhainen, Pinien und Eichen. Das Tal ist angenehm kühl.
Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum großzügigen Garten mit Tisch, Grill und Sitzgelegenheiten war angenehm groß für unsere fünfköpfige Familie.
Wir waren alleine im ganzen Haus. Die zweite Wohnung im Obergeschoss war nicht genutzt, als wir da waren.
Herzlichen Dank an Sonia, die eine großzügige und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin ist.

Détente et bien être
Maison de vacances avec du charme. On s'y sent bien dès la porte franchie.
Au calme, entre campagne et mer, à proximité des commodités.
Son jardin, ses terrasses permettent le repos. Son intérieur avec tout confort, permet de cuisiner des bons petits plats à déguster en famille.

Ottima location e ottima accoglienza
La casa si trova nella campagna alle spalle del paese di Ascea Marina, in una zona tranquilla, fuori dal caos balneare, ma a soli cinque minuti di auto dalla spiaggia e altrettanti dal supermercato più vicino. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito, fresco, fornito di tutto ciò che serve, ideale per famiglie. Ha un grande balcone che lo aggira su tre lati, nonché un pergolato e giardino tutto intorno in condivisione con gli altri abitanti della villa, con vista sulle colline di Ascea. Godersi la pace della casa fa senz'altro parte della vacanza. Se siete fortunati, oltre a Sonia Testa, che amministra la casa, potrete conoscere anche la bella famiglia della sorella Oriana, suo marito e i suoi tre splendidi figli, che trascorrono lì le vacanze estive, persone cordiali con le quali, se avrete voglia, potrete scambiare due chiacchiere e farvi consigliare dove fare la migliore spesa o quale spiaggia scegliere. Da Ascea Marina è facile compiere escursioni in giornata sia verso nord (Acciaroli, Castellabate), sia verso sud (Palinuro, Marina di Camerota, Policastro), sia verso l'interno del Parco del Cilento, per alternare al mare, il bosco e il fiume. Per noi si è trattato di una delle migliori location vacanziere che ci siano capitate e siamo tentati di tornare.
