Our turnkey home is perfect for families in transition with all of the essentials provided in one of the best locations in NJ. Just one mile to the heart of Asbury Park as well as a 5 minute drive to Wegman's, Costco and most major retail stores. Resort style backyard, fully fenced in and pet friendly! Monthly & Long-term stays only, not for short-term rentals. We are in high demand but send a message to inquire for DISCOUNTS!

This 4 bedroom home is conveniently all on one floor with a contemporary open layout. Upon entry, you are greeted by a large family room with memory foam sleeper sectional and 55" Samsung 4K TV, a rustic farmhouse dining area that sits 10 and a chef's kitchen featuring oversized island with luxury barstools. We also offer a shuffleboard table and Marshall bluetooth stereo for recreation. Newly built is our custom outdoor spa shower, perfect returning from the beach or a refreshing cleanse in our shoulder seasons.

REMOTE WORK AND FAMILY FRIENDLY. Home features high-speed WIFI, tons of natural light and plenty of work space. Now including a custom floating desk with large monitor in queen bedroom. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for video-calls and productivity. Separate rooms for the entire family with 7 beds including bunk room that is perfect for kids.

The pride of the indoors is truly our greenhouse-style sunroom, a peaceful place to wind down or start your day with fresh orange juice from our industrial juicer!

Our backyard was professionally designed in 2019 by a renowned NJ landscape designer and includes:

-Large paver patio with 4-burner Weber Genesis II grill and dining area
-Custom built outdoor spa shower
-60' x 10' Bocce Court/Gaming Area
-Custom Built-in Firepit with beach stone & ample seating
-Tanning Lawn with room for yoga and relaxation
-Completely fenced in and private, perfect for dogs and kids!
-Over 100 plants to appreciate nature's beauty
-Beach Chairs provided

Our 4 bedrooms are outfitted with modern beds from CB2, Design Within Reach and custom construction. Three private rooms are perfect for couples and our bunk bedroom contains handmade wooden bunks: one full, two twin XL and one twin bed for larger groups. We also offer a washer and dryer.

Great stay!
We needed a place to stay while in transition & this was perfect! The yard was amazing and we loved the fire pit. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is so charming - would definitely go back!
