This is the worst hotel in the world. Don’t book it. Made an unpaid reservation. I got to the hotel at 8pm. I got there and they had cancelled my reservation. I asked for a room and Joshua claimed they were fully booked. Joshua was happy for us to walk away after travelling from far away. Joshua then tried to pun us off to another hotel. I then rebooked using hotels.com. My card was debited and the booking confirmed. I walk back to the check-in desk. Joshua refuses to acknowledge the booking even though I had been charged and received a booking confirmation. After making a fuss, Joshua then claims there’s a suite available . I needed somewhere to stay at 9pm in a new city. Apparently, the telephone number this hotel hold on record is incorrect on this website is incorrect. Joshua begrudgingly gave me an alternate number. The agent calls and speaks to Joshua. Joshua declines my booking, while making me pay for a more expensive room. Joshua I can say was involved in room hoarding, creating a scarcity. It feels like a racket. It is cold and inhumane. Joshua also refused to give an elderly couple a better and quieter room. The hotel garden has music blaring. The hotel is crawling with working women. The rooms and hallway are so stuffy and dated. I do not recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect for my purpose. The breakfast and dinner buffet were reasonable. The cleanliness was below average. Found a giant cockroach that played hide and seek all night. Check-in was delayed for over one and half hours - that is after their official check in time.
