There were stains on the carpet and on the furniture. The pillows were hard as a rock. There was an accidental double booking and the manager refused to refund our money for the unused room. The breakfast offering was very minimal. The hotel was quiet.

Staff were great but it was the facility itself that got it this "poor" rating. The walls to the room are very thin and were not good for mitigating snoring from adjacent rooms. Guests traveling in the hallways also were heard as well as those directly above me. My sleep was definitely affected and I'm a pretty heavy sleeper. If you're a light sleeper, you can forget getting your zzzzzz's.

The room was cozy. Comfortable bed. However, there is no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. The hotel seemed very busy, maybe since it was the weekend. Very noisy neighbors and housekeeping came knocking at my door early. Besides that, its not a horrible place.
