Feast your eyes on this home away from home in Arroyo Grande, where you'll find fun, serenity, and loads of charm! The Olive St. Cottage is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood just a few miles from several of California's most beautiful beaches. Newly renovated, this cozy home has everything you want in your perfect California getaway.

The home is single-story and offers three bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a stunning bathroom, fully redone top-to-bottom. The well-appointed guest bedrooms each have queen-sized beds. For those who have to take the office with them, one of the guest bedrooms is equipped with a dedicated workspace, complete with desk and chair. You'll also find two tri-fold twin foam mattresses in the main and guest room closets.

The cozy living area includes a 55" TV and a fireplace to provide warmth and ambiance. The well-equipped, full kitchen boasts a variety of accessories including pots, pans, mixing bowls, silverware, wine glasses, dishes, and a blender. The dining table seats six and there are three counter stools at the kitchen island. For kids and adults alike, the garage has been converted into the ultimate game room with Ping-Pong, foosball, and darts. This is also where you will also find a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.

Outside, there is a private, fully-fenced backyard with a large tree and plenty of sun and shade. You will also find a large conversation set with a wood-burning firepit. Wood is restocked by the owner periodically. If wood is not available at the house, it can be purchased down the street at the convenience store on the corner of Halcyon and Grand Ave. Guests can also enjoy the natural gas Weber grill for warm-weather cookouts.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are Ring security cameras placed on either side of the house aimed towards the gate on one side, and towards the game room door/gate on the other side. There is also a Ring doorbell camera.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
