Pour le prix demandé, la qualité et l’entretien des équipements et accessoires n’étaient pas au rdv.Radiateur chauffe serviette rouillé.La propreté de la cuisine laissant à désirer( poignées de tiroir grasses et tiroirs presentant des restes de coulures, couvercle de poubelle souillé), couteaux de cuisine dans support avec le gras de l’ancienne utilisation, les poeles ou casserolles de qualité mediocre( on a du racheté une sauteuse et utilisé nos couverts) sans poignées.Tire bouchons (2) cassés.Coté literie les couettes présentaient des traces marrons( chocolat?).Pour la douche il faut aimer l’eau froide pour le dernier, on etait 3,et le debit d’eau n’etait pas suffisant.Appartement rénové mais humide( achat de déshumidificateur).Canapé abîmé et plaids sales.Situation geographique en centre ville interressant car proche des commodités mais plutot bruyant.Nous avons loué pour 6 semaines pour travaux dans notre maison, cela nous a bien dépanné mais on etait content de quitter les lieux.
