Pour le prix demandĂ©, la qualitĂ© et lâentretien des Ă©quipements et accessoires nâĂ©taient pas au rdv.Radiateur chauffe serviette rouillĂ©.La propretĂ© de la cuisine laissant Ă dĂ©sirer( poignĂ©es de tiroir grasses et tiroirs presentant des restes de coulures, couvercle de poubelle souillĂ©), couteaux de cuisine dans support avec le gras de lâancienne utilisation, les poeles ou casserolles de qualitĂ© mediocre( on a du rachetĂ© une sauteuse et utilisĂ© nos couverts) sans poignĂ©es.Tire bouchons (2) cassĂ©s.CotĂ© literie les couettes prĂ©sentaient des traces marrons( chocolat?).Pour la douche il faut aimer lâeau froide pour le dernier, on etait 3,et le debit dâeau nâetait pas suffisant.Appartement rĂ©novĂ© mais humide( achat de dĂ©shumidificateur).CanapĂ© abĂźmĂ© et plaids sales.Situation geographique en centre ville interressant car proche des commoditĂ©s mais plutot bruyant.Nous avons louĂ© pour 6 semaines pour travaux dans notre maison, cela nous a bien dĂ©pannĂ© mais on etait content de quitter les lieux.
