Ok stay
Roberto and Nakisha that serviced the breakfast area were the best representation of this hotel in Dallas. The others, sat and ate at the counters and watched others work. But I guess. The bed by the window in room 514, that mattress is so sunken in it was a horrible 4 nights of sleep. Disappointed in the beds. It was so squeaky. Very disappointing.

My wife checked into the hotel, we went to our room and had no running water. My wife went back down to tell them and they said “let me guess, you have no water.” They did not know when it would be turned back on. Think that’s something that they should’ve stated at check in. They also tried putting us in a new room, knowing they had no water. My wife noticed black hairs all over the bed and the staff even admitted “I don’t know if this was even cleaned.” I understand things happen but give someone a heads up if you literally have no running water.
