Les points négatifs : le ménage laissé à désirer Et le lit pas bien solide nous avons donc dû dormir en haut. Des ampoules étaient grillées Autrement appartement bien placé et suffisamment équipé

Logement agréable

Nous avons passé 15 jours a trois dans cet appartement agréable et bien exposé. Propre et pratique il a suffit à notre quiétude. Point négatif : la douche est très petite, tout comme la télé et le frigo. Point positif : la place de parking privative, la proximité des commerces et de la plage. Jolie vue sur les Pyrénées. Nous relouerons avec plaisir.

Très bien placé, à deux pas de la plage centre d'Argelès, logement très propre et bien équipé, plutôt moderne. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Bien mais à améliorer

Appartement bien situé dans Argelès. Point positif pour la place de parking. Quelques améliorations à apporter : dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de clim, c'est un four en plein été. Le lit est à changer, matelas beaucoup trop mou, on a eu mal au dos tout le séjour. Le frigo est minuscule, de l'eau coule en permanence du freezer, il n'y a pas de congélateur. Le grille-pain fait sauter les plombs.

Appartement correct près de toutes les commodités et accès à la plage à pied. Les deux points négatifs sont la douche qui est trop étroite et le matelas du lit double pas très confortable.

BIEN MAIS AVEC DES COMPROMIS

La localisation est très bonne et une très bonne isolation sonore. Par contre il faut faire des choix si on est grand pas question d'aller à l'étage pour dormir (mansardé) de plus avec un escalier assez raide (attention donc aux enfants). Dans la chambre, soit on est collé au mur et on peut fermer la porte, soit on a un espace de30 cm et là on dort la porte ouverte. Le pire, c'est la douche 70 cm extérieur soit 60 cm dans le bac avec le rideau qui vous colle. Egalement, le four micro-onde est placé assez haut (et je mesure 1.77 cm) attention lorsque on attrape un bol par exemple. Nous avons certainement fait le début de saison car la pile du portail ne fonctionnait pas (après 5h30 de voiture ça agace) après un appel ou on nous dit qu'il faut être collé au portail et appuyer longtemps sur la télécommande (ça agace encore plus) une personne est venue nous apporter une nouvelle télécommande qui fonctionne même de loin avec un seul appui sur le bouton. Idem la pile de la télé et pas de pile dans le lecteur dvd (mais là on a pas appelé et simplement signalé) Nous étions 3 dont 1 enfant, donc le peu de rangement a été acceptable. Une étagère dans l'entrée, rien dans la chambre sauf une étagère murale au-dessus de la tête de lit visiblement fragile et un rangement à l'étage. Le carrelage au sol est fendu un peu partout. Attention aux personnes âgées, fatiguées ou avec handicap, uniquement escalier.
