The house is very clean with plenty of fresh linens. John was great to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It's a nice quiet street and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to the Asheville area.

Great location. Very nice for a couple maybe 2. Limited seating in the kitchen/living room. Beds were very good. Showers were awesome....very hot and lots of water pressure. An improvement would be a TV in the bedroom but was OK without.

It was a perfect place to stay, straight shot to the Biltmore and easy to get to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Had a rustic cabin feel, but easy city access. Owner communication was quick and easy, had no issues, but felt if there had been one he’d have been right on top of it

Very comfortable quiet place to stay

We were in the area to visit The Biltmore. Though the drive was a little further than I had hoped, the house was a great place to rest. We really enjoyed getting takeout, watching movies, and resting in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood away from the tourist areas. The house is a perfect size for two adults or two couples. It was very clean and comfortable.
