Bed was kinda hard, was charged a security deposit for 150 that was not even mentioned when checking in online so that screwed us on money for the whole weekend. Even though the staff was nice enough to reverse the deposit it still didn't show back up on the account when we needed it to. Won't stay again if they have to take a security deposit. It's a hotel not an apartment. Your card is in the system and can be charged if there's damage afterwards

The room looked gross and the plug ins were all loose so the lamps wouldn't turn on and stay on. I had to move the bed to put the plug in for the lamp in a different wall plug in.
