The room and general facilities were clean and comfortable, however a couple of updates could significantly improve the rooms. Utility connections for phones, computers, etc are out of date and really not compatible with modern devices. Also the carpet in the room was worn and stained and should be replaced. Otherwise, the room was very acceptable.

Lied to our face multiple times about check-in

Lying to us at check-in. There were five people behind the desk and they just ignored my wife and I. They said the system was down and that we could not check in. We should come back in 10 minutes. It took them 10 minutes just to look us in the face And to tell us this lie. We returned in 15 minutes and again they continue to lie to us about not being able to check us in. I then put my foot down and said check me in. Suddenly, the system started working again and we were able to check in. I have pre-paid for the room. I am considered one of the superior members using Hotels.com. Cole disappointment lying to her face. Never again.

There were horrifying zombie like people and homeless people right outside of the hotel. One had a blanket over his head on the floor rocking back-and-forth. It was very creepy. It was extremely scary and dangerous to even get to the hotel within the airport due to the homelessness and type of people laying around right outside the hotel room. The hotel itself was old and rundown in the rooms . Staff were nice and accommodating even offered late night service. I would not stay. I would be scared for my safety at this hotel. Needs updating.

We stayed here for convenience after our flight intk CDG airport, and had booked the TGV train the next morning. This allowed us to fly in at any time and get up in the morning for a 10min train direct into Disneyland, to make the most of the day in the park. The room itself was nice and spacious, we had booked a king bed so our toddler can fit with us, although they noticed we'd booked a child and set up a bed just for him (he co-sleeps so we didn't use it but it was nice they recognised this and went to the effort). The windows are double glazed and then a gap & then another window, to block out the noise from the airport outside. The view was great for my 2yr old, he could watch the planes take off & land. The bathroom looked very nice and was tiled throughout, and consisted of a bath & seperate shower. The staff were welcoming and spoke English.

A good location but disappointing

We always stay at this Marriott the night before Departure in Paris. The room was probably worth view available and room was missing chair but had the ottoman only. I was advised at front desk that although I was a Marriot partner, because I had booked on expedia- no points. Room service was excellent as always but have certainly had a better room and points.
