"The location was excellent; however, the toilet paper roll was on the floor in a floor type holder in the toilet room, the lighting was dim for putting on make-up and there was no coffee maker in the room. Being new to the French Riveria, these all may be just "how it is", so, nothing bad to say in general. thanks!"

"After sorting through many properties for our stay, we were extremely satisfied with this amazing 3-room apartment. Location Location Location!!!! The property is perfect for exploring Antibes and the entire French Riviera! A 10-minute walk to the train station and access to all cities. You can book your tickets via app during the short walk to catch the next train! Grocery stores are close, and there's even one between you and the station to grab some wine on the walk home. Washer included and a drying rack to catch up on laundry. Ice-cold air conditioner in EVERY ROOM. Hot shower, fluffy towels, and pillows. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, which overlooks one of the busy streets in the main part of old town. Tourists were spending 100s of Euros for dinner while we enjoyed the same atmosphere with inexpensive wine, cheeses, and food from the grocery. Want to eat out? So many amazing restaurants within walking distance, including a highly recommended Italian restaurant, Pasta e Basta, right below your apartment. Time to sleep? The apartment is soundproofed, and all noise disappears when you shut the patio door. It is extremely quiet. Wifi is snappy and easy to set up with a QR code. The host was very responsive, polite, and respectful of our time. Three flights of stairs to climb for entry. This is an amazing value for the area. If it is available, book it immediately!"
