Beautiful view and convenient
We planned to stay here for the last night of our trip so we could go into Geneva for the evening. When we arrived there was a very festive Christmas market right outside the door, so we stayed in Annemasse and had the best time at the market! Everyone was so friendly as well. We had trouble getting in the main door because Google translate took out the last part of the code (beware if you use this feature!) This was totally our fault, but the owner was very quick to respond and help us figure it out. Very close to public transportation which made it easy to get to the airport (or downtown Geneva if you wanted.) Stores and restaurants closeby as well. We were worried about it getting cold with all of the big beautiful windows but the radiators worked really well!

We struggled to access the building after finally finding it on a pedestrianised area with no nearby parking.WhatsApped the owner( their preferred method of communication)- never heard back from them. The dirty sheet on ( heavily stained)sofa bed hadn’t been removed- discovered stained under- cover.Stripped it off to discover much worse mattress. Cutlery,crockery,pans,kitchen cupboards dirty- cups stuck to shelf which was filthy.Pans had food on them( not just a speck- one completely vile and unusable).The 4 mugs(6 of us) were stained and/ or chipped.Freezer part of fridge dirty- iced up. Used soap in shower ( dirty) soap dish. Hole in the lining of microwave door. Messaged Hotels.com - spent ages online ( silver user) but for some reason they couldn’t find my booking( although clearly had taken money for it). Email from owner whilst we were there requesting money. Altogether not an experience we’d have chosen to start the new year.

L hygiène et les équipements de l appartement sont a déplorer. La douche etait sale avec presence importante de moisissures. La bouilloire inutilisable tant elle etait sale avec dans le fond un depot visqueux a faire vomir. Une seule grande serviette et une petite pour 2 personnes. Vaisselle sommaire avec a disposition 2 tasses dont une ebrechee. L armoire qui fait office de penderie s est disloquée a l ouverture de la porte . Les oreillers de mauvaise qualité. Bref , avec les 93 euros par nuit que nous avons payes vous pouvez investir dans les équipements de base qui rendraient le lieu plus accueillant . Sans compter qu au premier coup d oeil dans la salle de bain, on comprend bien vite que la politique des lieux n est pas d assurer le bien etre du client ,(quoique a ce prix la on pourrait l esperer), mais le portefeuille du propriétaire . Les precedents avis faisaient déjà mentions des meme problemes mais ils semblerait que cela n affecte en rien la politique d accueil Tres mauvais rapport qualite prix , nous avons le sentiment d avoir ete abuses. Nous ne recommanderons pas ce lieu
