The unit was very clean and welcoming. Had almost everything that we required. A couple of simple things would have been nice: Kleenex tissues, 2 laundry detergent packs, and more wash cloths (we only had 4 to begin with for a week's stay, but management provided more towels and wash cloths promptly when asked).Nice to have a good laundry room on premises, sand chairs and umbrella were great! The beds were comfortable! House was decorated very nicely!The lock on one of the back slider doors was not as secure as we would have liked.We did not think the walk to the closest beach was as close as indicated by the rental information. We really enjoyed the lanai and the back deck.We would stay there again.

Very Cute Two Bedroom - Unit A

Very nice beach vibe condo! Very clean and cute. Lots of outdoor space to relax and short walk to the beach. Great location in the center of lots of things to do. 🩷

Perfect for what we needed

In town for an extended weekend. The property is in a great location near restaurants and stores, a few blocks to the beach, and safe neighborhood.

Lovely place to relax

This was just a perfect Florida themed place for us to unwind and relax. It’s a short. Walk to the beach and places to shop and eat. I especially loved the screened in porch!

The screened porch area was everything!! We got rain our first couple days and it was the perfect hangout spot. Having door access in both the front and back was a huge plus! Outside shower and huge kitchen are just some of the qualities that helped made our trip easy.

Cute cottage. Great location!

The location of this property is close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Quiet area. Nice homes. This cottage is really meant for couples only. The only bathroom is located inside the second bedroom (not in the master or common area). Since I was staying there by myself it was ideal for me. Had a great time!

Great place

Would stay again! The place was clean and nice. I just think it needs a little updating. Our slat curtains in the bedroom were broken and people could see in. Didn't like that but all in all a great place.

Great stay at the north end of AMI

This cottage was well done. The furniture was comfortable and the location was great! Loved the screened in porch. The kitchen was very basic. It would have been nice to have coffee/filters provided at minimum. Otherwise, we had everything that we needed, including plenty of towels and toilet paper!

Close to the beach!

We actually walked to the beach to save looking for parking. The house was clean and well kept. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch to visit. Wall outlets were troublesome. Had a hard time finding a place to plug in my electronics and fan.

Nice stay in a great area.

Loved the location was walking distance to restaurants, bars and beaches. Clean rental, great location, could use some updates. Furniture and beds were not comfortable. Maybe I misread it, but the only bathroom for the two-bedroom unit is thru the smaller bedroom. Very inconvenient to go thru other person bedroom in middle of the night to use restroom.

We loved the location. We could walk to most places. The parking was also a plus, having 1 in the front and 1 in the back. It was cute and quiet. If you plan on using both bedrooms, be prepared to share the bathroom. The bathroom is in the second bedroom with only one access. They may want to get rid of the artificial fireplace and put a door to access the bathroom. I appreciated having beach towels, extra toilet paper, plenty of towels and a hair dryer. The cleaners could clean up the patio a bit, but we didn't use it. I would come back.

Great location but note the bathroom is not accessible to all.

Great location and cozy place to end a long day at the beach! A must know before you book: The bathroom could be a big issue if you are not aware that there isn't a main door for access. Be prepared to disturb your guest bedroom guests as you walk through the guest bedroom to gain access to the one bathroom. Bring all your amenities, they provide enough for a weekend stay but not enough for a week stay or longer. That is something the host should accommodate better. The kitchen could use more glassware and updated cutting utensils, scissors, salt, pepper, and coffee filters for the coffee machine would make a great difference and make guest enjoy the stay more. A few little things go a long way in the deciding factor of weather a guest wants to return or not. A great place for 2-3 days but, we were there a week with parents and the bathroom situation was a little awkward.

A/C not working upon arrival. Someone had taken batteries out of thermostat. Very hot. Owner has wrong numbers written down for contacts. New management is vacasa. I constantly had to contact them to have someone look at unit. Joe from vacasa came first night but couldn't fix it. Next day I had to again contact vacasa several times. Josh from West Coast arrived next day in afternoon. Air filter was nasty and he found several other problems with unit. He did an awesome job. VACASA is terrible with their lack of communication. The garage of the house has been converted into a small apartment. Renters were very nice. Back yard is not enclosed. Had a good time despite original problems.

Girls Trip

Overall our stay was very nice - three adult women in our group. The home is in a great location and walkable to shops, dining, and both the bay and the gulf. The inside was clean and ample towels provided. There are some quirky things in the home, but none that diminished our stay. Since only one bathroom, we would have liked mirrors and outlets in the bedrooms for doing hair and makeup when someone was in the bathroom. The screened porch was nice at night, but quite dirty. Door frames of the sliding door have not been cleaned, and the furniture was very dusty. We found a box fan in a bedroom closet that made sitting on the porch nicer - even with the lack of cleanliness. The outdoor furniture in the back was new but also dirty. The countertop ice maker was a nice feature and we took advantage of that often. The king bedroom stayed quite warm even with the blackout curtains closed and the AC mid 70s. We closed the other vents in the living room and kitchen to force air into that room and it was cool enough for us at night. We spent most of our time outside the home so none of these things diminished our overall stay. I rented through VRBO, and sent a few questions through the VRBO app about early check in , but did not receive timely responses.

Fantastic stay at 21 palms

This cute beach home is just 2 streets from the beach access and walking distance from a bunch of cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The home was very clean and stocked with everything you could need for your stay. Check in and booking process was seamless, would definitely stay here again!

Property is very clean and comfortable ...except

We found this property to be very clean and on a quiet street. It's on the north end of the island which is nice except... Parking to get to a beach is not very convenient. The beach access is a 1/2 mile walk. If you have any type of health issues (esp orthopedic) this may not be the best for you. If you get to the beach access very early in the morning, you are golden to get a parking spot on the street of beach access. There's only one bathroom and you have to go through the second bedroom to get to it. If you have to get up during the night, consider this if you have more than 2 people in your party and are using the second bedroom. It really was a quiet street and nice little cottage other than those couple of things. We ended our stay and wanted to stay a couple of extra nights so we went to the south part of the island and checked in across the street from the beach making it more comfortable for me, beings I have hip and knee issues.
