Conforme está no anúncio não tive recepção dos proprietários, fui recebida pela senhora q estava arrumando o AP, depois de horas no AP percebi que algo estava estranho, quando procurei a arrumadeira e logo ela chamou o proprietário q mora ao lado, quando ele falou que não estava me esperando e sim um outro hóspedes, mostrei o comprovante da compra pelo expedia.com e logo ele me falou que não tinha mais nenhum tipo de negócio com a empresa, fiquei assustada pois já tinha me estalado no ap. Quando finalmente ao entrar no site do expedia viram minha compra, decidindo assim colocar o hóspedes que estava para chegar em outro AP. Informei que o pagamento estava para fazer diretamente com eles onde fiz sem nenhum problema a mais. Obs: peço ao site da expedia.com para que possa ter um contato mais claro com seus clientes pois me sentir constrangida.
