"I found it very confusing No staff on premises All communication thru texting and email No protocol for an emergency situation such as The AC wasn’t working in our house I finally found a phone number in tiny print on my receipt, called it was told probably would not be fixed- I had to argue to get another unit, the temperature was 82 inside the property. No information posted regarding WiFi password or anything We had to move at 10:45 pm"

"Property is clean, rooms are good size with appropriate furnishings (including MW and mini fridge in our standard king room), staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was typical (few hot items, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc.) with good hours of 6-10am every day. I had hoped to get an early check in, though that unfortunately could not be accommodated (not sure if that was truly due to room availability or simply standard policy, though I suspect the latter). All in all, a nice stay and good value for a pleasant, clean facility in Georgetown."

"GOOD: Hot water and water pressure BAD: Everything else….visited Georgetown for a family event so I decided to stay overnight. I wasn’t expecting too much but I damn sure wasn’t expecting what I got either. After checking in, I entered the room and pulled back bed spread. It looked like they just made the bed and didn’t change the sheets due to all of the stains that were visible. The floor wasn’t swept or mopped. I checked out the bathroom and the floor was dirty and there were no towels. Went to put water in the fridge and that was dirty. I opened the microwave and that was dirty as well. Lifted the ice bucket and found an eyelash under it. I had to go get some Lysol to spray everything down then stopped in the office for some clean sheets and towels. I was given clean sheets with no questions asked b/c they knew that room was trash and was told “we ain’t got no towels right now, they’re in the dryer”. I was told that they would bring me some in 30 minutes. I didn’t get towels until 9pm after I returned from the event and had to go ask again.Finally after winding down, I go take a shower & heard my door open (thank God) for the safety latch b/c led would have been in someone’s ass. After that, I couldn’t relax enough to go to sleep. Checked out the next morning as soon as I got myself together. As I’m putting my travel bag in the car, I noticed a used condom by my car. If you don’t give a damn about nothing in life then this is the place for you. It’s a NEVER again for me!"
