Worst experience I’ve ever had. from check in to find someone already sleeping in the bed of my room to another room with a barking dog next door all night, followed by a domestic next door the following night with gunshots fired in the parking lot. Tried discussing with the front desk only to have them confirm that someone else called in shots being fired yet they did nothing because "she's been complaining about every little thing, and besides, I didn't hear it." this was ridiculous! On top of paying full price for this circus, when I attempted to contact their corporate office with the problems, the only response I got was “we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations”. Are you kidding?!? Do Not Stay at this hotel, it is not safe and they obviously have no intention of addressing the issue or making it right in any way once they have your money.

It was ok, the pool was open and the employee was nice. But the refrigerator was broken and all they had to say was shrugs and no other rooms available. Other than that its a good motel.

There was only one clerk on duty; it took her about 25 minutes to check in a long line of guests; the lobby was warm,so the long wait was uncomfortable. There was a cob web hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom. The pond out front was filled with stagnant water, probably with a broken water feature.

Upon arrival, they would not let me check in because my husband wasn’t present and reservation was in his name. I had my ID along with insurance cards with his name on them. I had to wait 3 hours for him to get off work. We had reserved several rooms for a Birthday celebration. One guest had to change rooms three times. The first time the room had not been cleaned at all, second time no refrigerator and third time no hot water for showers. A second guest had to change to two different rooms due to the first room not being cleaned. Another guest who checked in later got the same room that they said they had fixed the hot water problem but they didn’t. Very poor experience for my guest that traveled so far for my 65th Birthday party. Very disappointed, we use choice hotels but have never had an experience like this. I feel a reimbursement should be in order.

Great home base for great golf

Nice place to stay in good location near the golf courses I was playing (True Blue and Caledonia). Very quiet while I was there. Rooms had been updated and were comfortable.

Bare bones accommodations. When asked the staff kindly delivered shampoo. Found previous guests clothing in drawer. Bring a towel if you want something big enough to dry with. Breakfast was minimal. Difficulty sleeping due to noise. You get what you pay for!

Upon getting to the property we were told the system was messed up and no one knew what rooms were clean or dirty or had people in them we had to walk around to multiple rooms looking which is not your job after you have driven 8 hours rooms smelled like cigarettes must and the walk ways are disgusting

I’ve stayed at a number of places in this area and this one was the worst so far. Bedside table hanging off the wall. Placed my Stanley on it and it rolled to the floor. Sloping/soft floor in bathroom. Not the cleanest. Bedding smelled like men’s deodorant and pits, like the top blanket was never washed or changed.
