Great gem!
He was just right for my stay to visit my father. It was just me so is the perfect size. Sitting on the porch was a great pleasure especially during the rain storm :-) it was perfect for a quick stay and it had everything I needed

Lovely little property with everything you need (unless you’re British like us and need a kettle, ha ha ), borrowed one from friends we were visiting. Set in a very quiet location, overlooking woods at the back of the property.

I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it for a single person or couple coming into Anderson SC. Location is great, close to everything Clemson Blvd has and downtown Anderson is a very short drive. Being so close but feeling you in the country was a nice surprise. My recommendations to the owners would be: need a bigger hot water tank, if you’re a fan of longer hot water showers the hot water does run short. Also I would provide a floor fan to help circulate the air around some. Only other item is Evolve’s emails went straight to my junk box so there were some communication lags at first. Other than that I would not hesitate to book again!

Little off the beaten path in location, but clean, newly renovated, open concept. Appreciated the toiletries provided like shampoo, body cream, soap, Keurig pods, hand soap, and ice in fridge. The goodie bags was a nice surprise too!

It was perfect for our trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was fabulous. Love the layout & decor. It had everything we needed. Will certainly plan to stay there again when I’m in the area. The property owner responded immediately to my email.
