The room was nice, clean and well appointed. The elevator was inoperable for the entire stay. The fire door from the stairwell to the 2nd did not close creating an unsafe condition. Light at the top of the second floor landing was out creating a slip/trip, fall hazard. Noise from the street below was very loud keeping us up at night. Coffee shop below was very warm and inviting as well convenient.

Best place to stay in Downtown Anchorage
We had a wonderful stay in this Anchorage apartment. We arrived by train from Fairbanks and had a short walk to The apartment. The apartment had everything we wanted for our stay. Comfortable furnishings, shower with good water pressure, body wash, shampoo, well stocked kitchen, view of the mountains, close to cafes and restaurants. Excellent communications with our host, Edward. What more could you ask for? Will stay here again on our next trip to Anchorage. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot in Anchorage within walking distance or a short drive to local spots. The building and condo were clean and setup well. The coffee shop on the first floor was great too.
