Got to our room and had no towels or wash clothes, just floor mates and hand towels. Went to desk and asked for some. They said house keeping would bring some. Other people were waiting as well. 2 hours later the desk called and told me to come get them. I explained I had a knee injury and walking was difficult and I was at the farest end of the hall. She told me to have my husband come get them. I explained he was asleep. There was a long silence. Then she said she would bring one. I asked for 3. She groaned. When she came to the room. She was rude. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

We liked that it was near the airport. We were looking forward to a relaxing few days. We were told by email to call when were on the curb at door 6. They knew their phones were out, and approximately what time we were to arrive, but no effort was made to pick us up, Other shuttle drivers found them and told them we were waiting. We were told their was a workout room or what ever they called it. Two walkers and one stationary bike in a tiny room. There was no body soap or lotion in the dispensers in our room, toys and extra ice lid under the chair, stained sheets and just a general lack of pride or care. Oops, the key doesn't open the closet so we can't get supplies. No towels by the pool, shelves totally empty. The television was a mess. There was a plastic holder with some references to channels, but they weren't accurate. Breakfast was okay, more apologies for being out of stuff and pancake machine was there but the sweet lady could not keep it working. The one lady where you could check in, polite but not helpful, just lots of apologies but the other who worked in the office, came out to the front desk and she was helpful and courteous, even when the key cards would erase themselves, several times, And yes, I WAS CAREFUL TO KEEP THEM AWAY FROM PHONES. I gave it the 2 stars because of the two ladies that tried to either fix things or help with the difficulties caused because of the indifference shown on every front.

Hotel sign by the entrance was unlit making it difficult to find hotel. Airport van never showed up and I had to pay $15 for a 5 minute taxi ride to hotel. Room was dirty and dated. Night clerk was less than helpful … said she couldn’t reach the airport van driver by phone ???? Expected better for the price paid for this room !

Never stayed, I tried to contact the hotel due to a late arrival change and the phone was busy the entire day prior to my arrival. I contacted their corporate office in hopes they could contact the he hotel and they could not. I stayed at another hotel! Very disappointing

This was a very nice clean, quiet motel. it is older but has everything, pool, shuttle, free breakfast and close to airport. we enjoyed our stay and the price was right. We would stay there again.

When we arrived at the airport I called to have the shuttle pick us up. We only had about 7 hours before we needed to get back to the airport. I was told the shuttle would come but they didn't know how long it would be. When I asked, the lad said she would check. She put me on hold and never came back. I hung up after 5 or so minutes, waited 5 minutes, then called back. A different person answered, put me on hold, then got disconnected about 2 minutes later. I called back a third time and they hung up on me after about a minute of waiting. We ended up taking a taxi for $15. When we checked in we ended up at one of the furthest rooms. When we got to the room, the door key didn't work. I went back to the front desk and had the lady reprogram the keys. She said if they didn't work to call up to the desk and they would give me new ones. Of course they didn't work. I called, walked almost all the way back to the desk and one of the ladies came out with a new set of keys. When I asked at the desk about a morning shuttle I was told there was one at 0445. We arrived at the front dest at 0430 and no now was around. After looking around we found the shuttle schedule that said they left at 0420 because they were full. After a few minutes we heard someone in the office and I yelled to them. The lady came out and when I asked about the shuttle, she said they only had them a 0415 and 0515, which means the people working the night before told us the wrong time. We had to call a cab
