Got to our room and had no towels or wash clothes, just floor mates and hand towels. Went to desk and asked for some. They said house keeping would bring some. Other people were waiting as well. 2 hours later the desk called and told me to come get them. I explained I had a knee injury and walking was difficult and I was at the farest end of the hall. She told me to have my husband come get them. I explained he was asleep. There was a long silence. Then she said she would bring one. I asked for 3. She groaned. When she came to the room. She was rude. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Never stayed, I tried to contact the hotel due to a late arrival change and the phone was busy the entire day prior to my arrival. I contacted their corporate office in hopes they could contact the he hotel and they could not. I stayed at another hotel! Very disappointing

It’s hard to even know where to start with this place, but I’d never stay here again. The rooms are in awful condition and honestly feel like they haven’t been cleaned in over a decade. The smell hits you as soon as you walk in, and the carpet is so filthy it’s hard to step on. Just gnarly. On top of that, it doesn’t feel safe. The door lock was completely busted off, and the ground-floor window opened fully with obvious signs of forced entry. In the middle of the night, I even heard someone outside the window rummaging around, coughing, and making gross noises right by the room. The only positive was the front desk attendant, who was friendly and gave us a free late checkout. But overall, this place is seriously rough.

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was great for us as we had a very early flight out. What really made the experience great were the staff. Very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I read reviews just before our stay and lowered my expectations significantly. The hotel is dated. I expected more from a Wyndham. Staff did their jobs but not overly friendly. Shuttle service was not great. Waited 40 min for shuttle and it was already a late night so took a cab from airport to the hotel.

This used to be a Holiday Inn and was taken over by Wyndham. The property shows wear and tear from years of use without a lot of updating. Refurbishing/replacing air conditioners would be a good idea. The table lamp between the beds did not work. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

My family checked into this hotel on Saturday night and were deeply disappointed by the substandard conditions and service. Upon arrival, we found the room’s hand soap and body wash bottles empty. At the front desk, one of the two staff members was unhelpful, stating she didn’t know where the soaps were and offering no assistance. Fortunately, the other employee took initiative, found soap in the storage room, and provided it in cups since the bottles couldn’t be refilled—an inconvenient workaround for a family. On Sunday morning, I requested refills for the soap bottles before we left for sightseeing. Returning around 9 PM, we discovered housekeeping hadn’t serviced the room at all—no refills, no cleaning. The room was already in poor shape: a dirty toilet, a flickering bathroom light bulb, and an unclean table. These issues reflect a clear lack of management oversight, making our family’s stay frustrating. Urgent improvements are needed.

Poor policy- not allowed to enter our room until exactly 3 unless we paid more money. Housekeeping very poor, no Kleenex,no lotion,burnt out bulbs thruout and very dirty and cold room. Breakfast bar- juice and pancake machines out of order, empty food trays not refilled. Shuttle bus driver very rude, we were first to book the shuttle but he didn’t have room for us because other people had so much luggage, so we had to book an Uber to airport at our own expense. Not worth the room price being charged
