Disclaimer: This apartment is not in a residential neighborhood; it’s located adjacent to Anchorage’s industrial area—a hidden gem with urban charm and outdoor access.

The space
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Fully appointed kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower, 2bedrooms, and living room. All rooms are decorated with original furniture and paintings handcrafted by my father and I.

book this if it is available...dont look anywhere else...this place closes to ship creek prime location for fishing (the house is at the bank of ship creek! so jump into the creek for quick fishing after you got your fishing permit), and very close to everything, downtown, grocery stores, gas station. if you worry about homeless people in the area..please don't...because the security set up is really good for this place too. i think the host did a wonderful job designing and maintaining the property,..love to stay again...
