The only thing that was good is that it was next to a couple of good restaurants. The property itself was very run down, looked like it was a safe haven for displaced people.

The hotel was overbooked. They start taking guests at 3 in the afternoon for first come first room service, there was many of us who were turned down for a room.

Confirmed 7 day stay. We had to get our own kitchen dishes and pots and pans from front deck. Asked for coffee pot and toaster. I feel the room should have been set up for 4 people once the reservation was confirmed. Asked for sink plug they didn't supply any so used wash cloth. Other than that it was ok. Hard to find a hotel that's pet friendly, smoking and separate bedroom. Good location for us.

One Star Hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: Rooms, cleanliness.
Location: Location is near other hotels and office complexes. Nothing interesting nearby.
There is a small lobby at entrance, just big enough to check in. There is no sitting area, no eating area, no place to eat breakfast. The room we had was dirty, didn't have bed sheets, and the AC didn't work. Calling the front desk didn't help. This hotel is poorly managed. Only use as a last resort instead of sleeping in your car!

The hotel is ok to stay in. However, you have to go up to the desk with your dirty towels and get clean towels. You have to ask if you want your room serviced. The gym has no towels or disinfectant spray to clean the machine. Very unsanitary or safe. Didn’t keep enough coffee in the morning. Correct this and it will be a place to come and stay over and over

Used to enjoy our stay at this hotel but over the years the hotel has declined. We were 5 mins past 11pm to check in and the doors were locked and we had to call to be let in. The clerk was rude; like we were troubling her. We finally get to our room and it is 2 twin beds and a pullout couch (with no bedding for it). I'd reserved a king with pullout couch. I call front desk and she tells me she did that because they are booked and the only king room is marked dirty and she's the only staff so she can't clean it but she'll double check to see if it's marked in the system correctly. Luckily for us it was "clean" because while she was checking I was looking for other available hotels (there weren't any). We get to our room and it is clean but stinks plus no bedding for pullout. I go to the front desk and she acts all put out that I need bedding for my son to sleep on pullout. The tv had limited channels, fan in bathroom did not work, and I didnt feel comfortable walking around barefoot. Can't say I would recommend anyone to stay here...

Horrible experience!

I attempted to check in to find there were NO rooms available, they either hadn't been cleaned or had occupants in there already. I was eventually transferred to the downtown location where my experience was much better. Book the downtown location, not this one!!!!!

Needs work

I Gather the motel was recently renovated. Unfortunately a lot of work remains to be done. The  thermostat and the phone didn't work, And no one was around to fix these things.

Great Mid-Town location, Lots of room for families

Pros: Close restaurants
We stayed two nights here while on our honeymoon in Anchorage. We were surprised by the roominess of the suite. We were very happy with the full size refrigerator in the kitchenette, as we had dinner at the BEST pizza restaurant in all of Alaska (right next door, we walked!) at the Moose's Tooth Pub & Pizzeria. We had leftovers we weren't ready to part with, but a pizza box would've never fit in the tiny fridge in most hotels. Not a lot of cable channels, but then again, you're in Anchorage! Get out & do something! :)
