Good location

Pros: Nicely appointed rooms. Very clean.
Cons: A more substantial breakfast. A dozen different bread and muffin choices should not be the basis of a B & B breakfast.
Location: Close to downtown and many restaurant and shopping options as well as the Coastal walking Trail.
Near Coastal Trail and easy access to downtown. Parking is a problem,lots expensive, on street requires meter from 9 am to 6 pm. Breakfast was disappointing. Lots of bread choices, a fruit salad and instant oatmeal. My other B & B experiences offered hot homemade courses. Walls thin and I was able to hear the folks above me clearly which may be why they have a dish of ear plugs in the room. Rooms nicely decorated with nice outdoor seating areas

Thanks for your review. If we had a big dining room, a served, hot breakfast would be an option, but our historic home does not afford that space. We do have many healthy options available.
