This is a comfortable and clean three bedrooms unit located in a quiet residential area off of Dimond and Arlene on the south side of Anchorage. 5 miles from the airport and walking distance from shopping areas and trails, with quick access to Minnesota highway, which connects you to downtown and many parts of the city in no time. There is a bus stop at walking distance. No stairs - other than three steps up to the front door.

The house featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and equipment. There is another unit above this unit, which is occupied. Both units are separate and independent from each other, and no space is shared between them except for the driveway. You have your own private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The only thing you might hear is some occasional footsteps from the upstairs unit, but we have installed soundproofing materials to minimize the noise.

Great walking neighborhood

Excellent location in quiet area but very near major roads and services such as gas, restaurants and shopping. Owner lives above the unit we had. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Didn’t use 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. Problem with toilet tank not filling one evening but plumber out early next morning and fixed piece quickly. One or two mornings experienced cooler showers. Entire home on one large water heater so probably due to competing multiple back to back showers and wash loads in the morning. Owner provided coffee pods and laundry soap. We enjoyed our stay.

You Can't Go Wrong With This Rental!

Dimitri is definitely a Super Host. He answered all questions quickly. I got to meet him and his wonderful dog and it was fun to talk to him. He had cold bottled water waiting in the refrigerator and even some keurig cups for coffee. The appliances were very nice and the washer and dryer are huge! He even had some laundry supplies for you. If you forget shampoo/lotion/conditioner don't worry it is there. The rental is in a very convenient location with quick easy access to stores, restaurants, attractions and the airport. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Parking is right there at the condo. The condo was so clean, well furnished and kept in great condition. Just as pictured. TV service includes NetFlix and WiFi was good. You absolutely will not go wrong by choosing this rental when you go to Anchorage! Dimitri went the extra mile when my husband had to cancel coming with me due to medical problems. He allowed my grandchildren and daughter to come and stay with me and allowed us to have a large family dinner together. I would highly recommend this rental.

Lake stay

This was a nice stay. We each had our own bedroom so we had space to separate. The one thing about the online listing I felt was misleading was to advertise it as a house. It is an apartment built within/under a home where the property manager lives. We were looking for a completely separate house for privacy and quietness.

Lots of space

The property is even nicer than the photos indicate. Loved the amount of room, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was a luxury with many thoughtful touches. The clean, bright, large kitchen and comfortable living/dining area made us feel at home. The onsite washer and dryer makes it pretty much meet all our needs. Very convenient and Dimitri was very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know upon arrival. Would definitely stay here on a future trip to Anchorage.

This was a nice, clean place to stay. The kitchen was stocked with some food left by previous tenants and with the keyboard in the living room, it felt more like visiting family than staying at a hotel! We had no problems during our stay and I would recommend this place for families.

Perfect home away from home!

We truly enjoyed our stay , the place was perfect and had plenty of room our family of 6. The kitchen was well equipped and even had some basic supplies for making a couple of meals. The neighborhood is quite and we felt safe. There is great access to major roads and it is easy to get where you need to go.

We had a great stay! Dimitri is very nice and easy to get a hold of when needed. It was an easy to find location and the kitchen was well equipped. We have big kids and little kids and it worked out well for all of us. We did use white noise in the bedroom for our baby because you can hear everything going on in the other rooms, but the white noise/fan worked out great. There were some games on the shelf which we made good use of and my kids loved the electronic piano!

Great Place, Great Host

Stayed a week during Iditarod. Comfy beds, and the bathrooms had nice soaps/shampoos/sundries. The kitchen made us self sufficient, including an espresso/latte machine with instructions. We needed a thermos for Start & Restart, which Dimitri graciously supplied. The attached garage and keyless entry were super convenient. House is in a nice neighborhood near Anchorage's best offerings. Geez, there's more but I need to stop!
