The front desk person was so kind and helpful! The rooms were clean and equipped with a fridge and microwave. The distance is amazing to the parks if visiting Disneyland. Lastly , they gave my husband and I a complimentary cocktail- which was so nice ! I definitely recommend this hotel. ** the toiled seat was a bit loose *** but other than that our stay was perfect :)

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There is a shuttle to Disneyland which stops right in front of the hotel. However, breakfast was chaotic and it took a long time to be served.

Clean room, amenities, heated pool with the bar, the lobby was fully decorated in Disney Halloween vibes, was able to get a room at 3pm instead of 4pm, but room 803 had a strange loud wind/ whistling sound at all times.

Nice staff, but the hotel itself needs serious upgrades. We asked for extra towels and waited over two hours — my husband finally had to go to the lobby to get them. The shower had terrible water pressure, and on our last morning there was no water at all — no shower or toilet. Plus, our door didn’t close properly unless you basically body-slammed it. Convenient location near Disneyland, but for the price, I expected working basics. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless they renovate.
