Had some booking issues and got my reservation moved to this listing…. This house is advertised as sleeps 8, we had 6 adults and we were crammed in.There also is only 6 towels which isn’t the number of people it should sleep. The neighborhood is pretty noisy at night time, car alarms, cop cars and people yelling. We tried to do more than asked of us at check out.

The customer service was great. I really enjoyed the texting function and somebody texted me back very quickly at all times. For future reference, it was about 1.3 miles to space Mountain and about 1.25 miles to Pixar pier. During the day we utilized the Toy Story parking lot but in the evening when we left the kiddos with the grandparents we did utilize the close proximity to walk to the park! My one complaint would be the uncomfortable beds, which I let management know. I’m usually not picky on these types of things, but they were not the most comfortable. :( also something for future reference is that the outside of the building is rundown. I understand that this management company doesn’t have control over that but so future guests know it is a rundown complex, but the inside of the unit is very nice and well kept. overall a good experience.

Great place! Very close to Disneyland & less than a 2 mile walk to the convention center where we competed in Hyrox. A little tricky finding it for uber and food delivery people but they managed. My only complaints were we could’ve used one more full bathroom for the 5 adults that stayed there, as it was a little crowded in the one with us all trying to shower & get ready. The kitchen amenities/gadgets were also a little lacking for all the cooking we did at the condo. But overall, a comfortable place close to where we needed to be!

Underwhelming Property

This unit left much to be desired. The good parts: The location is supreme for walking to the parks, which is what attracted us to book this particular unit. The unit was clean and tidy. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. The area is relatively quiet. The management company is very great to work with. The undesirable parts: The space is not set up well for a large group. I had assumed there were two full baths, but upon arrival realized there was only one full bath and one half bath. For seven guests, that proved to be a challenge. The seating situation in the living room sits 5 people comfortably, but you have to turn the chairs completely around to see the tv. Not a huge deal, but a nuisance. The kitchen was not stocked with simple supplies like oil, salt, zip lock bags, or foil. These items would have been nice to have. Tap water is your only option- there is no filtered water from the fridge or filtered water pitcher. The third bed on the floor of the bunk room feels more like you’re laying on coils. Our kids opted to share a bed instead of sleeping on that. The laundry machines are both extremely loud, so running them while inside the unit was annoying if you were trying to relax and hang out. Overall, we would book with Funtierland again but not this particular unit. For groups that are smaller, it might be an OK fit.

A great stay

We had a great stay! I was super impressed with the communication with the staff at funtierland and they made sure we had all the information we needed in the appropriate time we needed it. Our condo was clean and very quiet which is always appreciated!

Right beside Disney!

Our stay was good, the house lacks a few essentials in the kitchen but the walk to the gates at Disney was less than 10 minutes. We spent most of our days at the park and mainly went back to the house to sleep. Overall the location to the park was what drove us to book the place.

in need of repairs but awesome location

The unit was very clean but quite run down. Minor first world problems like door stoppers and towel racks falling off. Very comfortable beds and functional kitchen. Laundry machines make a lot of loud squealing noises and the furnace sounds like a jet engine. Not deal breakers.location location location - 10 minute walk to the entrance of downtown Disney. That and multiple rooms for a family of adults is a good reason to stay here.

Great stay for Disneyland

I’d stay here again! Short (10-15 minute?) walk to Downtown Disney, really clean, great communication (host is readily available via text message) and amenities. Also, kid and baby friendly! It was a smooth and pleasant experience.

Overall impression of this property was great. It is within walking distance of downtown disney and disneyland resort. The condo was very clean, the beds were super comfy and it was quiet. Quiet is super important to our family as we always seem to fond the hotel with the kids running down the hallway, people coming and going at all hours and elephants staying in the room above.

The location and setup was perfect for our family! Thank you so much. This was a trip of a lifetime and we had the best experience. We had to call maintenance a couple time for a few questions and they were so helpful and responsive.

Graduation/Disneyland Trip

In town for graduation at UC Irvine and also made a Disney trip out of it. We had a great time and the location was perfect! It was a 20-25 minute walk to the park entrance and we enjoyed it every morning!
