Parking lot was not cleared of snow 12+ hours after snowfall ended. Hallways were dirty. Walls were paper thin. People walking around shook the lamps in our room. Made a noise complaint after midnight and staff did nothing. Breakfast was terrible. Would never stay again!

Our flight got in late to Des Moines so we got a room in Ames a short drive away we did not want to spend a lot. When we walked in the place was extremely nice and clean. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor we walked into the room and i was asked OMG how much did you pay for this room. I replied under $65 we could not believe how nice the room was and the bathroom was amazing.We will definitely be staying again as it seems most of our return flights land at night and i don't like driving in the dark. Pizza hut delivers.
