The staff were very nice, the room was clean and everything worked but the area around the motel looked like a case for urban renewal. I'm sure it was an oversite but I had one thin bath towel, no hand towel nor washcloth or bath mat. Also there wasn't a glass or cup to take a drink of water.

Thank you for your review, your feedback, and your comments regarding your stay. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

Simple, clean room. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced, but the overall hotel stay was uneventful. The clean breakfast area was appreciated.

The free breakfast was nice. Our room was clean but had a musty smell. The property is older - it was easy to see it's age. The location is handy.

This hotel is overpriced. Be sure to bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noisy sleeping conditions as the window AC unit is really loud. Mildew in the bathroom and carpet needed a good vacuum. Breakfast was disappointing so we ate elsewhere.
