I have always liked the cookies that are available in the lobby when you check in. But our room had a problem with the Ac/heat when we turned it on it began to smoke and set the smoke alarm off.Two people from the front desk came right away to check it out.Within a couple of minutes they said they would move us to another room,which was just next door. The next morning when we were getting ready to go down for breakfast we noticed something on the floor on the side of the bed close to the wall. Could not tell if it was food or digested food. If the room had been vacuumed it should have been picked up. We have had better breakfasts. The eggs were like chewing on rubber,so we went with waffels which were okay. The beds were comfortable. . youcheck-in.

Nice people, clean room, curb appeal needs help, as far as a warm breakfast it was cold to none left at 815. There were cold options available. I would stay again this is the feedback that was asked for several times as I tend not to complain.

The breakfast area had a lot black mold coming out of the air registers in the ceiling. All of the food - eggs & gravy and coffee was cold. The I’m smelled of bleach. Our swimming suits were damaged with bleach spots ! Burnt out light bulb in room.

Public areas were not clean. Floors had dirt and who knows what at door thresholds, around edges of floor. In rooms, tub was discolored and there were towel racks is bathroom. Cracks in walls around windows. No charging ports. Lighting was dim, 15 watt bulbs. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast staff was nice!

Okay, but not great

Pool & hot tub was closed when we arrived. Tub drain was plugged/full of hair. A couple sheets of toilet paper or paper towel were on the floor in the elevator Fri & Sat. At the end of our stay the toilet wouldn't flush and there was a chair and towel at the bottom of the pool, we were told it would be removed, but it never was so we left.
