Aging facility and the bathrooms were very average... no hair dryer. Limited breakfast. Friendly staff to welcome you but you have to ring a bell to have someone come out and help you. That is a trend that needs to stop.

Smaller room. Air conditioner was noisy and could hear something like the ice machine all night long. Did ok in a pinch but would choose differently next time. Price was definitely too much for such a hotel-but it was a game weekend.
I think it was clean, just didn’t look that way.

Dirty, smelly. No one working the front desk for 30 minutes after showed up. Once the worker did show up to the front desk we were told 'we don't have you reservation. nothing we can do. good luck"

Our room was very newly renovated. It was also very clean! However, we were barely greeted upon arrival as the attendant was too busy on the computer watching videos. There was also next to no water coming out of the shower head, we had to switch the water to the tub faucet and do the best we could. When we told the morning attendant this, she said 'oh'.

Overall room was clean except for the tub was dated so appeared dirty. Check in/out was a little awkward due to language barrier and staff member could not explain that receipt would come from Expedia. Good option if you need a reasonable room for night with easy highway access.

Incredible good attention from the hotel staff, because the Expedia did a big mistake, I did a reservation for one room and 3 adults, and Expedia gave me one king bed room and didn’t fix this mistake after I called them. Though the hotel manager solve my problem even that the Expedia didn’t care about. Thanks so much Red Roof manager, appreciate your attention and support.

The property was very dirty. The floors looked like they were never cleaned. The bathroom sink wants hardly attached to the wall and the toilet rocked. Over all this hotel was disgusting and i dont plan to return. We even ended our stay a few days early because of the filth.
