Hotel is in central location... just a couple of blocks from Dotonburi. You can take an elevator to the hotel lobby right from Namba subway station! Our room had a great view of Osaka! Very clean, modern and elegant. Best of all, their staff was very helpful... especially Toko at the front desk reception. She spoke impeccable English and gave us many good restaurant recommendations.

This was a great location for being in the middle of shopping and restaurants. It's also adjacent to trains and the metro. I was traveling with someone who couldn't walk very far and this hotel gave us the opportunity to just take an elevator down to the mall area and there were lots of food options for us. We also had Takashimaya department store in the mall so we could buy prepared foods easily and bring them back to the hotel room. The Namba SkyO building is also accessible from the lobby of this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. I'd definitely stay at a Swissotel again because of this positive experience.

It’s in a very convenient location for shopping, sightseeing, and moving around Osaka. There’s quite decent variety in the breakfast selections, located on the top floor of the hotel which offers a good view of the city. The only downside was size of the room for the king/queen size bed. One side rests on the wall. It’s an issue if one of you is a light sleeper and the other goes to the bathroom a few times during the night.
