this hotel is a perfect little spot for those who want to explore osaka, it's a walkable distance from the Dotonbori and the Shinsaibashi main street. The facilities are super clean and well organized. we loved that the hotel has a coin washer/dryer that are in excellent conditions, and the staff are amazingly friendly.

I loved this hotel. It was easy to get there from Shin-Osaka and was walking distance from the main shopping area in Shinsaibashi. It was close to a few stations depending on where you wanted to go. There are loads of places to eat in the vicinity. There was an Ichiran branch 2 mins away and a few convenience stores as well. The staff were nice and able to assist me with any queries. They held my cabin bag on the day of my arrival while I went sightseeing. They even put my luggage in my room before I came back to check-in. They had laundry facilities but the washer (¥500) was separate from the dryer (¥100 per 8-10 mins). My hotel room was clean and spacious and it had a rainfall shower. I was able to forward my luggage here from another hotel and forward onwards as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at HOTEL THE FLAG were excellent…always professional, friendly, and so helpful! Our room was nice and clean, as were the community facilities . We didn’t use the washer and dryer but it was nice to know they were available. The hotel is situated in a great location. Walkable to Dotanbori, restaurants, and shopping malls galore! I would stay here again.
