Cheap American Airlines Tickets from $47

Many uniformed employees gave incorrect directions and a woman in the check luggage dept. was very rude when I asked her a question. I purchased alcohol in bond in Jamaica and was told to put it in my checked luggage when I claimed my luggage in Miami. I did not get my luggage therefore I could not put the alcohol in my checked luggage. I understood that I couldn’t go through the checkpoint with the alcohol but the options I was given were (a) schedule a later flight or (b) take the 3 bottles of over proof rum outside and drink them and then continue on with my connecting flight. That was so inappropriate and rude. Needless to say I had to my bottles of rum. I definitely would not fly AA again especially if I have to connect in Miami.

Delays due to plane repairs, then delay because they forgot to clean the same plane, then delayed again because they forgot to have the lavatories inspected on that same plane, delayed again because lavatories needed repair on that same plane. After all that, someone passed out from them keeping us on the plane so long without refreshments and EMTs had to be called causing further delays. This was all after flights were grounded for hours so there was no excuse for the plane not to be ready when it had arrived the previous night at the airport

Unless you use the American Airlines app, there is no entertainment. Some passengers do not have tablets or cell phones.
