Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. Very nice place with very nice people, but the windows were really, really, really dirty. There's a Power Wash Drone building cleaning company in town. You should hire.

Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Jacksonville - Airport
The clerk who registered us was excellent. The room was a great size with a very usable layout. We only stayed one night, but noted the process for obtaining kitchen supplies. We felt it was extremely efficient. We will consider using this chain on future trips.

Seaside Amelia Inn
I thought the breakfast last Fri and Sat was really awful. The grits or whatever that was were greasy and the fruit wasn ‘t cold. Hard to get in or out of the shower and the air conditioner makes way way way too much noise.

Unit was generally tired and had a 1980s appearance. Lighting was awful. generally a sad experience. coming out of elevator you still had steps before getting to unit !.
