Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. Very loud building. We were on the third floor and could hear everything from the fourth floor. Every footstep, every door. No sleep was had until 1a and then only until a group left at 5:30 and let each door slam.

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa
Our experience at the Omni was very relaxing and easy to navigate. It is a great place to park the car and stay for a week without getting in the car again or easy to head to the historic downtown area for excellent food and shopping.
