Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. Amelia Hotel at the Beach
The hotel was basically pig with lipstick. What i disliked the most was I wasn't informed beforehand I had to pay an additional 10% to park on the property.

The staff is excellent very friendly Darius and Stephanie were very helpful! The cleaning staff were great and very helpful! I was on the 6th floor everyone very friendly! May need a few upgrades in the bathrooms but it was okay. Need microwaves!

The Villas of Amelia Island
We booked an ocean view room and we ended up in a room almost as far away from the ocean than you can be at the resort. When communicating to staff that this what we had booked and showing them the confirmation they we not helpful and said "that is not what we have on our end"
