They advertised a pool. When we checked inno pool. It was drained! While checking in the front desk lady stopped my check in to check in someone that had just walked in. She said when i asked what was going on that he works for a company that has a contract with the. Our overall check in time was 45 mins. The airconditioner did not cool the room and they were out of soap and shampoo. There was c9nstruction on our side of tge hotel so parking was a nightmare. It was not a good experience!

We apologize for the misunderstanding about our pool.I have checked the Expedia website and it does not advertise a pool.Our customer service to our guest should always be on point and we obviously failed to deliver this is not acceptable and will be brought to the attention of the correct manager,we appreciate your feedback and have a great day.

Not a new "modern" hotel but this was a nice place to stay. It was clean and close to restaurants.

Obviously a VERY old Holiday Inn Holidome with only the fittness room still is service. Smells like a gym. Room clean but in need of much repair. Looced like original carpet with smell and feel of fifty years of chemical cleaning. Bed was good.

This was a miserable experience. STAY AWAY. COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED, UNDERSTAFFED, OUTDATED. ROOM STUNK OF CIGARETTES AND MOLD. FRONT DESK STAFF DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. CHECKED ME INTO A DIRTY ROOM, THEN AN OCCUPIED ROOM AND FINALLY, OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER FOUND AN EMPTY ROOM. NIGHTMARE. DO NOT STAY HERE
