Comfortable beds but Possible Bed Bugs infestation

Hello, my mother and I just checked out of the Regency Inn & Suites Sunday February 4, 2018 and unfortunately, my mother has bed bug bites on her body from the bed she was sleeping in. She noticed two bites Saturday and didn’t really think much of it but Sunday on our way driving back to Texas, we noticed more and they were itching her like crazy. I pulled over and goggled bed bug bites and the bites were identical to the pictures online. We were now terrified that we were carrying bed bugs in our clothes, blankets, luggage! And we were upset and just creeped out. I took pictures of the one that swelled her left wrist and ones on her arms. It was a long drive home. Luckily I had some antibacterial ointment. ALL THE ROOMS in the Regency Inn & Suites need to be checked for bed bugs and they can start with Room 132, the bed closest to the door! It might be an infestation due to poor cleaning. The first room we were checked in the beds sheets did not look fresh, the bed wasn’t freshly made up, the tissue holder was full of nasty trash and the toilet was on the verge of over-flowing. We should have left then but I was already told no refunds so, I asked for another room. It seemed better and we ignored the slow draining sink and the spill in the refrigerator but we draw the line at BED BUGS! I notified the Health Department in Altus Ok.
