Directly below stretches Altea's newly renovated promenade and the beach.This apartament, situated on the third floor and accessible by lift, consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms offers panoramic views, while the master bedroom has access to the terrace and views of the Mediterranean. The recently renovated bathroom includes a modern shower. The open plan kitchen, with breakfast bar, is fully equipped for short or extended stays. The living-dining room has a large window that lets in plenty of light and offers incredible panoramic views.Furthermore, the apartament is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold in both bedrooms and in the living-dining room.Nearby there are 3 free and paid public parking spaces.
